The CTO-TOS-TOPP REACH Consortium is currently preparing Letters of Access (LoA) for the right to refer to data and studies prepared for the REACH registration of the three substances.
- Crude tall oil
- Tall oil soap
- Turpentine oil from pulping processes

Right to refer to data can be purchased from the consortium for different levels of REACH requirements due to tonnage band.
